Title: Organizer
Job Description: As an Organizer, you will support the Lead Organizer and be responsible for working with the team to edit, sort, organize, and create efficient and functional organizational systems. Spatial planning and knowledge of organizing products are required. Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, and use a small ladder is required.
Hours: MUST BE AVAILABLE to work minimum of 3 days a week from 9:00am-3:00pm (6 hours) Monday - Friday
Rate: starting at $20/hr.
Title: House Manager
Job Description: As a House Manager, you will be responsible for managing various household tasks for our clients, including errands, laundry, and general organization, to ensure their homes run smoothly and efficiently.
Hours: This is an on-site position requiring travel to clients' homes within the Greater Cincinnati area.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3 pm, with occasional flexibility based on client needs. Shifts are 3 hours (8:30-11:30 or 12:00-3:00) with the option to work multiple shifts in a day.
Rate: starting at $20/hr.
Tasks:
• Edit + purge
• Space planning
• Work with a team
• Client communication
• Shopping for organizing supplies
• Take donations to local donation center
Tasks:
• Perform daily household tasks such as laundry, and tidying up living spaces.
• Errands such as grocery and dry cleaning pick up
• Maintain household organizing systems
• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality while working in clients' homes.
Qualifications + Requirements:
• Team-oriented
• Ability to take direction + work under time sensitive deadlines
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the team + project
• Ability to haul some donation items + products in your personal vehicle
• Organized + able to visualize function in a space
• Reliable + dependable
• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in technology like google sheets, docs + forms, gmail
• Owns reliable transportation + valid drivers license
