Title: Lead Organizer
Job Description: The Lead Organizer is a client-facing role responsible for planning, leading, and executing residential organizing projects with efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail. This role oversees organizing assistants on-site, ensures projects stay aligned to the client’s goals and company standards, and provides a high-quality client experience from start to finish. Previous professional organizing experience is required.
Hours: MUST BE AVAILABLE to work minimum of 3 days a week from 8:30am-3:30pm (6-7 hours) Monday - Friday
Rate: starting at $25/hr.

Job Description: As an Organizer, you will support the Lead Organizer and be responsible for working with the team to edit, sort, organize, and create efficient and functional organizational systems. Spatial planning and knowledge of organizing products are required. Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, and use a small ladder is required.
Hours: MUST BE AVAILABLE to work minimum of 3 days a week from 9:00am-3:00pm (6 hours) Monday - Friday
Rate: starting at $20/hr.

• Proficient in technology like google sheets, docs + forms, gmail
• Owns reliable transportation + valid drivers license
